If for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days (Include return shipping time) of receiving it, and we will refund your money, no questions asked. The following guidelines apply:
- The size you ordered was incorrect.
- The quality of the item was not to your satisfaction.
- The item you received was not what you ordered or was not as described.
**Important note: Customized items and custom tailored suits are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or refunds. Additional charges for returns (such as customs duties) will be deducted from the order value.
If the package is lost during the return process, we cannot inspect the package. We will return 20% of the order amount (excluding shipping) as a refund to the customer
Your suit must be returned in its original packaging and in the exact condition in which it arrived.
Once menseventwear.com receives and inspects your returned item, we will notify you via email that it is in our possession. menseventwear.com reserves the right to determine the returned product’s condition. We will contact you as soon as a determination has been made regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your refund has been approved, we will process the request and issue a full refund within 7 working days.
