The vest is great and is thick. I'm sure it won't break after washing. will buy next time

No spot for pocket square, but it's really sharp looking.

I absolutely love this vest. It is such a nice looking vest, and for the price you can't beat it! If you are looking for a unique vest that isn't going to break your bank, this is definitely the best way to go!

The quality of this product is impressive and it looks very nice. We bought this for my son's prom. He is in a wheelchair so a wearing a standard jacket is an issue. We like that this looked formal while leaving his arms free to move and not bunching up under/behind him like a jacket would. That said 2 things need to be notes. First it runs maybe a size small compared to other clothes so size up. Second I wish the back was slit. The adjusters on the back offer a huge range of sizing except that the back piece is a solid piece of fabric so the adjuster strap doesn't actually do much at all but hang there or bunch up wads of fabric . If the back was slit it would allow tightening the straps to overlap smoothly without bunching or loosening the straps to give additional width by opening up slightly. We were able to do the alterations ourselves by splitting the lining at the seam and cutting the back fabric up the middle from the tail to between the shoulder blades and hemming it all together. That allowed a lot more usability of the adjuster straps and the back of the vest to lay more flat. That single change being standard would really help with fit I think.

Has two real pockets for a pocket watch and chain. I've been using one for a few years and it still looks good ( I'm in a musical group, so it gets abuse moving equipment). We all wear them and I figured I get a second one as a spare. This one is as good as the one from a few years ago.

The vest looks as good in person as in the photos.

Got a lot of compliments on this ensemble. Very snazzy. Looks great with a proper hat, a bolo tie, and your great-great grandpa's watch.

I got this for my son for his first dance. Homecoming. He wanted to match his girlfriend's dress, but did not want to "look like a butler". He wanted a semi formal look. In our town it is very common for young men to wear jeans and dress shirts with cowboy boots, but my son cannot stand wearing jeans and doesn't own boots. This vest is so great. It looks great on a hanger and so handsome on! He loved the way it looked and felt, and didn't think he looked like a butler. The color match was perfect, and we paired it with a tie of the same shade of olive green as the outer layer.The only complaint was that the adjustment strap in the back did not stay once tightened. We had to put a flat knot into it to keep it from loosening up as the night went on.

Beautiful bicolor formal vest! I've ordered in wine red but when it arrived I found out that it's a deep purple color. It doesn't work for our wedding because burgundy is our color :(((I have no complains other than the color which is purple and not wine red. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for an affordable and well made formal vest :)

This vest is really cool. The double layer look allowed me to get away with not wearing a coat to a semi formal masquerade party in the summer. I had a pair of grey slacks from a brand called A[x]ist or Axist that were almost the same color and matched very well. The fit was very nice; it has a slim fit that actually fit. Last time I had a waistcoat, it was too wide at the waist even thought the chest and hips fit. Obviously I'm not wearing this to a gala with all the millionaires I don't know, but the construction quality is very nice. It's worth noting the lapels on the upper layer don't continue into a collar around the back like a sport coat; it looks like a vest from the back. I would recommend this vest to anyone looking to spruce up their casual events or for semi formal events in hot weather (no sleeves!). I would buy it again in another color if I need it.Quick list: great value for money, durable material, quality construction, median quality material (hence the cheap price point)

Fits perfect. Very **** in the front. Looks great on my husband, until he turns around. The adjustment strap across back looks like a cheap after thought. I wish they could clean that up or include a wrap to cover it once adjusted because the rest looks great. Keeping it and making a wrap to cover adjustment strap. Fabric does attract lint and has little to no sheen. For the price though, it is worth it.
