- Send your item back in its original packaging, unworn, with tags attached.
- After inspection, we’ll email you:
- Approved? Full refund processed within 7 working days.
- Not approved? We’ll explain why clearly and kindly.

- Customized or tailored suits are made uniquely for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. Since these pieces are crafted to your measurements, they can’t be resold — we appreciate your understanding.
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs, including any international duties or fees.
- If a return package is lost in transit, we’re unable to verify its contents. In such rare cases, we may offer a 20% goodwill credit (excluding shipping) as a gesture of our commitment to you.
- All returns must be in original condition — unworn, with tags and packaging intact.
